- Should we ask A-Tip do Green Pond herbicide treatment first?
- Decided not to; label for Flumiguard states treatment should be done in the morning. Lynne did not want to mess with the set order. Treatment worked well this year.
- Does Green Pond have fanwart?
- Lynne can ask Garret if they do; they definitely have millfoil
- Lake Treatment
- Total cost: $15,000; paid $500 deposit from General Fund (Dec 2023) to hold spot, $14,500 balance paid from Lake District Funds
- Member states Shingle Mill Creek looks great
- CSLAP test/results
- Noticeable particulate/decomposition following lake treatment
- Lynne will include a link to the website via email; shows data for the last 20 years
- Water Chestnuts
- Pictures posted to FB so that members know what to look for
- More have been found and pulled this year. Those will be pulled by work team.

- IF FOUND: DO NOT PULL; notify Lynne so that the location can be noted and the work team can come and pull out and dispose of.
- Each location needs to be monitored for 20 years, tracked by KLCA
- Last meeting: Vince C. offered to do invasive species training for members

- Pre-meeting not in contract; board reviewed contract ahead of time and approved of work
- If another study is done in the future, a pre-meeting can be discussed
- Sonar – will not map out entire lake, including stumps, only select areas determined by ADK Resources
- Chromium testing – not included in study or CSLAP; would need to be a separate test
- Field study by ADK Resources is for plants, not water quality or chemicals
